Common Problems We Fix
⚠️ Error Codes — E2, E3 and More
Error codes like E2 and E3 usually point to a water level sensor (pressure switch) problem. This sensor monitors how much water is in the drum. When it fails, the machine shows an error and stops working.
✅ We diagnose the exact error code
✅ Test and replace the water level sensor if faulty
✅ Reset and test the machine after repair
🔄 Motor Problems
If your machine runs but doesn't spin properly — or makes a loud noise during spin — the motor or motor capacitor may be faulty.
✅ Motor capacitor replacement
✅ Motor brush replacement
✅ Full motor replacement if needed
🔌 Circuit Board & PCB Repair
The circuit board controls everything in your washing machine. If damaged, the machine may not start, stop mid-cycle or show random errors.
✅ PCB diagnosis and repair
✅ Circuit board component replacement
✅ Full board replacement if beyond repair
⚠️ For Inverter motor washing machines, we strongly recommend contacting the brand's official service center — inverter technology requires manufacturer-specific tools for safe repair.

Why choose our Washing Machine Repair & Servicing in Diabari,Dhaka
A family in a recently completed building in Diabari had a new Samsung fully automatic top-load washing machine that had been installed when they moved in 6 months earlier. The machine had begun displaying an IE error code — water inlet error — after 6 months of normal operation. This error on a relatively new machine indicated either a supply pressure issue or a developing inlet valve fault. Our technician arrived at their Diabari building and performed the inlet assessment — testing supply pressure at the machine connection point and performing the valve solenoid test. Supply pressure was adequate. The inlet valve solenoid, however, showed a resistance reading at the low end of the acceptable range — indicating early-stage solenoid weakening. The valve was replaced proactively and the IE error was cleared. The machine was tested through multiple fill cycles — all completing normally. Mrs. Fahmida gave us a five-star review and mentioned our technician's explanation of the early-stage valve weakening — the proactive replacement now rather than waiting for complete failure had been advice that made practical sense. We repair washing machines across all Diabari's new developments.
