A family near Shonir Akhra in Jatrabari had a maroon Mitsubishi Lancer that had been involved in a side-swipe collision — the driver's door and rear quarter on the driver's side both had impact damage, with the door showing a crease across the lower half and the quarter panel having a pushed-in area above the rear wheel arch. Two-panel driver's side damage requires careful planning — the door and quarter are both painted and the blend is performed at the C-pillar between them. Maroon color formulas are especially sensitive because the balance of red and black pigments determines whether the result appears too bright, too dark or correctly matched. Our painter mixed the Mitsubishi maroon code, performed spray-out testing under natural light and adjusted for the Lancer's paint age before application.
