A business owner on Banani Road 11 had a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado that had been pulling to the left during braking — the steering wheel would pull noticeably left whenever the brakes were applied, requiring the driver to correct against the pull. Brake pull during braking indicates uneven brake force between the two sides at the front — typically caused by a sticking brake caliper on one side, uneven pad wear or a seized caliper slide pin. Our technician removed both front calipers from the Prado and assessed them — the right front caliper slide pins were seized with rust and corrosion, preventing the caliper from releasing fully after braking.
