Every AC needs regular cleaning to perform at its best. We offer four levels of cleaning depending on your AC's condition —
AC Basic Wash is our entry-level service — filter cleaning and surface wipe for routine maintenance. If your AC is relatively new and well-maintained, this keeps it in good condition between deeper cleans.
AC Foam Wash uses anti-bacterial foam that penetrates deep into the coil — breaking down hidden dirt and bacteria without any water mess. Perfect for apartments where water drainage is difficult.
AC Jet Wash is our most thorough cleaning service. High-pressure water cleans every part of the indoor and outdoor unit — removing years of buildup that nothing else can reach. If your AC hasn't been properly cleaned in over a year, this is what it needs.
AC Master Servicing is our complete package — full disassembly of both units, deep cleaning of every component, performance check and reassembly. We recommend this once a year for every AC.
❄️ Gas & Cooling
When your AC runs but doesn't cool properly, the most common cause is low refrigerant gas. But simply refilling gas without checking why it ran low is a waste of money — the gas will run out again.
Our process for AC Gas Refill starts with a leak test. We apply soap foam on every pipe joint and connection. If there is a leak, we find it and fix it first. Then we refill with the correct gas — R22 for older models, R32 or R410A for newer ones. Pressure gauge readings are shown to the customer before and after — full transparency, every time.
We also offer cooling performance checks for ACs that are running but not cooling efficiently — diagnosing the root cause before recommending any repair.
🔧 Repair & Parts
Sometimes cleaning and gas refill are not enough. When parts fail, we diagnose accurately and repair properly.
Compressor problems are the most serious — and the most expensive if ignored. We check compressor health during every service visit and advise you early if there are warning signs.
Capacitor failure is one of the most common AC problems in Bangladesh. Voltage fluctuations damage capacitors over time. When a capacitor fails, the AC tries to start but cannot. We carry capacitors for most common AC models and replace them on the same visit.
Fan motor problems cause unusual noise and reduced airflow. We repair or replace fan motors for both indoor and outdoor units.
Drainage pipe blockages cause water to drip from the indoor unit — a common complaint during monsoon season. We clear blockages and check the full drainage path.
Thermostat and sensor issues cause the AC to run constantly, not reach set temperature or switch off unexpectedly. We diagnose sensor problems accurately and replace faulty components.
⚙️ Installation
A properly installed AC performs better, lasts longer and gives you fewer problems. A badly installed AC — with shortcuts in pipe fitting or gas charging — causes problems from day one.
Our AC Installation process includes correct bracket mounting, proper pipe fitting with insulation, full vacuum to remove moisture from the pipe, gas charge with pressure testing and drainage pipe fitting to prevent water leakage.
We also handle AC Uninstall and Reinstall for customers moving to a new home — safely removing the AC, transporting it and reinstalling at the new location without gas loss.
